Leadership Ministry

Every day churches shut down because pastors feel alienated. They lack support, the proper tools, and the resources to lead people from poverty, oppression, and hopelessness to an identity in Christ and Kingdom Living. Lack of unity in the church promotes community distress and disorder. Our mission is to breathe new life, fresh perspective, and kingdom solutions into pastoral leadership, offering support, direction, new hope, and accountability.

Pastoral leadership is the pinnacle of our ministry, working with pastors, leaders, and their flocks. One of our team members stays connected with a church leader(s) in the field to update the rest of the team later at a ministry meeting. We send a team to each location from one to three times a year. Mission trips allow us to strengthen relationships by having “boots on the ground.” A trip enables us to evaluate progress, adjust support as needed, and impart knowledge, wisdom, understanding, and the gifts of the Spirit. The continued support these pastors receive inspires them to stay in “…the good fight of faith…” (1 Timothy 6:12). They learn to release old patterns that no longer bear fruit. In Majestic 4 Missions, they have a team that prays for them and cultivates the call on their life, building them up to influence their congregation and community positively.
